Shipping and Returns

With a shipment of 75 euros or more, you will receive free shipping within the Netherlands. If you place your order before 2:00 PM, it will be shipped the same day.

Delivery time

Ordered between Monday and Saturday before 2:00 PM? Then your order will be shipped the same day and delivered to a Dutch address the next working day. ​

Shipping costs

We deliver in the Netherlands as standard. Do you want to have an order delivered to another country? That is possible! Contact us via the Contact Form.

Small - letterbox package: 4.50EUR
Medium - package: 6.95EUR
Large - package: 7.95EUR

Estimated shipping costs to Belgium, Germany and France:
0-5kg: 17.50EUR
5-10kg: 25EUR
10-25kg: 30EUR
+25kg: 40EUR ​

Returns and costs

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product. Within 14 days after receiving the order, we will credit the full order amount including shipping costs, excluding return costs. The costs for returning are therefore at your own expense. We recommend sending the package with PostNL or DHL. When you return the order, the products with all supplied accessories must be in the original condition and packaging. Returns are at your own risk, which is why we recommend registered parcel shipping. Please note: always include a copy of the order confirmation or invoice so that we know which order it concerns.

Damaged product?  

We do our utmost to ship all products in good order. However, something can always go wrong during transportation. Have you received a product which is damaged? Please report this within 48 hours of delivery via our Contact Form. It is important that we can quickly report any damage or defects with the transport company. Together we will find a suitable solution, to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase as soon as possible.

Returns for Bluetti Products

Please note: a different return process applies to Bluetti products. These items are stored in a large warehouse in Germany, and any repairs or replacements are handled there. As such, Bluetti returns must always be sent directly back to Germany.

  • Return shipping costs for Bluetti items are covered by us, provided the order total exceeds €75 (which is typically the case).

  • If you simply changed your mind and wish to return a Bluetti product that is not damaged or defective, the return shipping costs are your responsibility.

  • If the product is damaged or faulty, we or Bluetti will of course cover all shipping, repair, or replacement costs. All Bluetti products come with a 5-year warranty.

  • The reason why Bluetti products take slightly longer to deliver (approximately one week), is because they are shipped directly from the warehouse in Germany.
